Em ação de fiscalização, vereadores da Câmara Municipal de Campo Grande visitaram, na manhã desta quinta-feira, dia 31, as obras de contenção de enchentes e erosões no Rio Anhanduí, na Avenida Ernesto Geisel. Atualmente, 65% das obras estão executadas, conforme repassado pela prefeitura, e a previsão de entrega é fevereiro de 2026. O cronograma está adiantado para evitar problemas no período de chuvas. Esse investimento é emblemático, arrastando-se por anos, diante de várias paralisações.
Estiveram presentes o vereador Epaminondas Neto, o Papy, presidente da Casa de Leis, vereadores Flávio Cabo Almi, Leinha e Landmark, da Comissão Permanente de Obras e Serviços Públicos, Otavio Trad, Wilson Lands e Veterinário Francisco. A ação foi acompanhada pela prefeita de Campo Grande, Adriane Lopes, e o secretário municipal de Infraestrutura e Serviços Públicos, Marcelo Miglioli, que repassaram informações sobre cronograma e trabalhos que estão sendo executados.
“Faz parte do trabalho dos vereadores, essa fiscalização. Estamos aqui hoje acompanhando uma das obras mais emblemáticas, nesta região tão importante da cidade, uma obra tão aguardada. A Câmara está presente, avaliando, para poder dar uma resposta para a população”, afirmou o presidente. Ele reforçou que os vereadores já realizam visitas individuais dentro do trabalho de fiscalização, mas outras ações, de forma coletiva, com a Comissão de Obras da Câmara, devem ser realizadas na Capital.
A Casa de Leis poderá contribuir ainda como um ponto de interligação, principalmente com a bancada federal, para buscar recursos com objetivo de destravar obras. “É um momento de dificuldade do País, do Estado, e em Campo Grande não é diferente. Então, uma vez que você tem dificuldade financeira, encontrar novos caminhos é muito importante, e o recurso federal nesse aspecto é muito importante”, afirmou o presidente Papy.
O vereador Flávio Cabo Almi, presidente da Comissão de Obras, ressaltou que “essa obra é uma obra visionária, que Campo Grande fica antenada a ela há mais de 30 anos e não vê o término”, ressaltando a ação da prefeitura para terminar o investimento, estando com o cronograma adiantado. Ele informou que a Comissão já planeja a próxima visita ao Centro de Belas Artes, obra que se arrasta também há mais de 30 anos, mas foi retomada e deve receber recursos de R$ 8 milhões.
Na visita desta quinta-feira, a prefeita Adriane Lopes salientou a meta de retomar todas as obras paralisadas em Campo Grande, falando dos detalhes do investimento na Avenida Ernesto Geisel. “Essa era uma obra de 33 anos paralisada que nós retomamos e nós vamos terminá-la”, declarou a prefeita Adriane Lopes. O investimento é de R$ 20,9 milhões na Avenida Ernesto Geisel, seguindo da Rua Bom Sucesso até a Rua da Abolição. A prefeita informou que as obras estão adiantadas, com 65% dos investimentos executados. A previsão era que nesta fase 39% estivesse pronta. Seguindo esse ritmo, a ideia é antecipar a entrega das obras, que estava prevista para fevereiro de 2026. “A empresa que ganhou a licitação é uma empresa capacitada e está se antecipando ao período das chuvas, avançando com a obra”, ressaltou.
O secretário municipal de Infraestrutura, Marcelo Miglioli, falou que essa obra gerava bastante preocupação para a administração municipal “Tivemos sorte que a empresa de Minas Gerais, que venceu a licitação, tem expertise com obra de gabião Está sendo bem tocada, tecnicamente falando, adiantada em seu cronograma”, afirmou, ressaltando a meta de encerrar antes do período das chuvas, que iniciam em meados em novembro. O prazo no cronograma é fevereiro de 2026.
