O vereador Landmark Rios (PT) esteve em Brasília nesta quarta-feira (20), junto com uma comitiva da bancada do PT de Mato Grosso do Sul, para cumprir uma série de agendas políticas e institucionais.
No encontro com a ministra do Planejamento e Orçamento, Simone Tebet, Landmark apresentou um pedido direto para que o governo federal avance na pauta da reforma agrária no Estado. O vereador destacou que mais de 12 mil famílias já estão cadastradas no Incra (Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária) com perfil para assentamento, mas seguem sem respostas concretas.
“Queremos aproximar a ministra dos movimentos sociais em Mato Grosso do Sul, principalmente os ligados à terra e à agricultura familiar. O povo espera soluções, e nosso papel é cobrar caminhos para que a reforma agrária avance”, destacou Landmark.
Além do vereador, participaram da reunião o deputado federal Vander Loubet, a deputada federal Camila Jara, o deputado estadual Zeca do PT e o presidente do diretório estadual do PT, Vladimir Ferreira.
Na sequência, a comitiva participou de uma agenda com a ministra Gleisi Hoffmann, de Relações Institucionais da presidência da República, onde esteve presente o advogado e ex-deputado federal Fábio Trad. Durante a reunião, Trad anunciou oficialmente sua aliança com o PT, colocando-se à disposição do partido para as eleições de 2026.
Além da pauta da reforma agrária, os parlamentares também levaram à Esplanada discussões sobre obras e investimentos para Campo Grande, reforçando o papel de interlocução entre a bancada sul-mato-grossense e o governo federal.
Landmark destacou a importância da unidade partidária construída no Estado e afirmou que seguirá cobrando soluções concretas para a agricultura familiar, a habitação e a geração de emprego e renda na capital e no interior. “Temos movimentos sociais que aguardam há anos a reforma agrária. É importante darmos uma resposta. Reforma agrária é dignidade, renda e alimento de qualidade na mesa”.
